December 21, 2005 Meeting Minutes
Attendees: Fei, Katarina, Stephanie, Fred, Stuart, Gary, and David
Many thanks to Katarina for the great spread of goodies! I love those European cheeses! :-) It was also wonderful to experience the warm Swedish tea.
Because I misplaced the minutes of the meeting, I asked Katarina to help me create the minutes. Below is what she sent me:
* We talked about the tenth house being how we externalize, our career and reputation, and standing in the world.
* Stephanie talked about the changes of midheaven into different signs and Katarina pointed out the importance of the ruler having dignity or being in detriment. In the charts we looked at the ruler of the tenth house does, as expected, appear to have great importance in regard to the activities of the tenth house.
* We also talked about education being important if the tenth house is emphasized in the chart. The ruler of the tenth and occupation seemed linked. Having the ruler of the tenth in the first could indicate self employment, for example.
* Fred announced that he is leaving for his very exciting Journey to the pacific ocean using his new boat. We are saddened with this announcement but I am sure Fred will enjoy this adventure. We asked him to send us postcards from every island he land into :) Our prayers are with you Fred for your safe journey. Have a fabulous adventure Fred!
* Gary volunteered to create and maintain our web site! So Gary is our web master! Thank you very much Gary.
* Fei purchased the domain name "gainesvilleastrology.com".
